My very own pilates instructor, Taylor, owner of Pilates Haven, is going to be offering some easy, at-home body toning tips great for brides-to-be and everyone else too!

Hello wonderful brides-to-be! I myself am getting married this year and I have some great toning tips for you. I have been teaching pilates for four years have found that by focusing on one body part for just 10 minute a day will help  target the hard to tone muscles in weeks and get you looking fabulous for your wedding in no time. These exercises are also perfect for maintaining once you reach your goal body tone. I do these excersises at home and at the studio, and love the quick results.

Todays tip:  Beautiful Bridal Arms

1. Take a 3 lb weight and do 3 sets of 10 bicep curls.  (If you don’t have a free weight use a soup can and increase the reps to 15).
2. Then extend both arms out to the side and float the arms out to the side and back down (go slow to create resistance) 3 sets of 10
3. Last arm exercise, Stand in a lunge position and lean forward. Take the weight to your side and start to bend and straighten the elbow for 3 sets of 10.  This will target the tricep.

These arm workouts should be done 3 times a week. You will have toned and beautiful bridal arms in weeks!
